2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed with your return.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt and the RA number inside the package.

Note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
